Fees and Insurance

Full Life Counseling fees vary according to the service provided and the specific needs of the individual and/or individual family. For example, for those who elect scheduled, office-based services, rates are lower than for those who prefer services in their home or another off-site location.

Full Life Counseling, PLLC is an "out of network provider," by most insurance companies. We will provide you a "superbill" with the required information to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement according to policy eligibility if you choose to do so. Payment plans are available upon request, and credit/debit cards are accepted.

Service Fees 

• Office-based counseling - $100/hr
• Home-based counseling in Forsyth Co. - $125/hr
• Home-based counseling outside Forsyth Co. - $100/hr + time & travel costs
• Group counseling - $50/two-hr group
• Treatment matching research & planning - $75/hr.
• Intervention fees - typically $600-$5000.
• Intervention fees vary depending on the situation and the amount of time and range of services requested. Specifically, while transport to treatment by the interventionist is not required, it is highly recommended. Therefore, when the interventionist transports the client for admission to treatment the location of the treatment center significantly influences the cost of both the interventionist's time and travel expenses.
• For 2011, the average cost of our interventions (including all travel expenses) was $2344 ranging from a low of $363 to a high of $5225.  
• Families Recover fees vary according to the length of program but generally range from $100-$250/person
